Phil Moser
Teaching Pastor
Phil has served as the teaching-pastor of Fellowship Bible Church for more than 20 years. He grew up in rural Indiana, and his family moved to South Carolina during his high school years.
He is married to “one of the best gifts God ever gave him”-- his wife Kym. Together they have the joy of raising 4 children: Ashlyn, Adam, Anna, and Asa.
Besides his teaching responsibilities at FBC, Phil has enjoyed the opportunity to teach the Bible to undergraduate students in New York, Germany, and Hungary. He also considers it a special privilege to teach graduate students preparing for the ministry in the Ukraine and Albania.
Prior to accepting the call to FBC, he served as the campus pastor at Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, New York for three years. He is a graduate of the Master’s Seminary, Los Angeles, California.
He loves teaching because of the truths God reveals in the Bible, and the privilege of sharing those with others.
Phil is also the founder and author of Biblical Strategies, which seeks to tackle tough life issues from a Biblical perspective. Biblical Strategies materials are being used across the U.S. and Canada and many other countries. You can see more about this ministry by clicking here.
When he isn’t teaching and writing, he enjoys music (of nearly any genre), fly-fishing (even when they’re not biting), and cheering for whichever Indiana team is playing basketball at the moment.
