FULL-TIME: YOUTH DIRECTOR

The individual in this position provides pastoral/staff administrative support for the Teaching Pastor, Executive Pastor, Youth Pastor, Children’s Ministry Director, and Next Steps Director. The successful candidate carries out this function while providing a cheerful and organized atmosphere for all who enter or contact the church while meeting the needs of staff, guests, volunteers, and congregants with care and discretion.

The Youth Director is a dedicated and spiritual leader responsible for ministering to the youth community within Fellowship Bible Church. The primary focus of this role is to mentor, guide, and support teenagers and young adults in their faith journey, helping them build a strong relationship with God and each other. The Youth Director plays a crucial role in fostering a sense of community, spiritual growth, and service among the youth congregation.

Youth Intern

Interns at Fellowship Bible Church will have the exciting opportunity to partner with the Pastors, Elders, office staff, and ministry leaders of the church in our mission to reach the lost and make disciples. This role offers a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective on working in the local church and valuable experience toward establishing you in your ministry career path.

The individual in this position provides support in carrying out the setup and cleanliness/care responsibilities of the church facility. The successful candidates carry out these functions while providing a cheerful and organized atmosphere for all who enter, meeting the needs of staff, guests, volunteers, and congregants with care and discretion.

WORSHIP SERVICES DIRECTOR

The Worship Services Director administrates the worship team ministry and coordinates details for Sunday morning worship services and special services, to foster an environment where the church family may corporately practice different postures of worship.
