Arrive

As you enter our parking lot, our team will direct you to open spaces. Once you park, make your way to the closest entrance. The main entrance is situated at the “back” of the building, under the rain porch. The alternative entrance is located in the education wing near the offices. At either entrance, you will be greeted by people who can help you get where you need to go. 

Have Kids?

BaseCamp Kids, our special program for children from crawling infants to 4th grade, runs simultaneously with the worship service and uses a Bible-based, age-appropriate curriculum. Our safety protocols for Base Camp include background checks and child safety training for volunteers and an electronic system for child dropoff and pickup. The check-in station is located in the education wing near the main office, and you can print your child’s nametag as soon as you arrive. Nursery-aged children may be dropped off immediately before going to the sanctuary. Children aged 4 and up stay with their parents to participate with the rest of the church family in our time of singing and will be dismissed to Base Camp during the service.  BaseCamp concludes with the service at 11:00, and parents will pick up their children at their classroom using their printed check-in tag.

Worship

Our service begins at 9:30AM. The exact structure of each service varies from week to week, but we always engage in song, prayer, and instruction from God’s Word on a weekly basis. We also worship by the corporate sending and receiving of missionaries and volunteers heading to/from short-term missions trips, engaging in time around the Lord’s Table (communion), taking time for extended prayer, publicly communicating FBC’s financial plan (quarterly), and participating in monthly times of extended fellowship with refreshments.  The service concludes at 11:00 each Sunday.  We frequently conclude before the top of the hour, because we value the ability of our busy people to continue in worship by lingering for fellowship with one another.

Bible Teaching

We place great emphasis on the teaching and study of God’s Word with our Bibles open, and encourage you to bring your copy of the Scriptures to read and mark along with us. Because we believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God, relevant to our lives and clearly revealing God’s redemptive plan for mankind, we will never gather on a Sunday without sitting under its teaching. Our pastors and elders share the responsibility of preaching the Word, and we also occasionally invite guests to open the Scriptures.

Next Steps

After the service concludes, guests are encouraged to go to the Welcome Desk, located in the central part of the foyer. There, you’ll be greeted and receive a small gift of thanks for visiting. The Ministry Desk, which is located to the right of the main foyer exit, often features our Ministry Leaders, missionaries, and parachurch partners. If you need prayer for any reason, our Prayer Partners are located in the sanctuary to the left and right of the platform. If you have kids participating in our Base Camp Kids program, you will go collect them from their classroom at 11:00. If you want to learn more about our church, we host an event called Lunch with our Leaders every other month.
